Answer:
No, It will no longer be possible to change an order. If you wish to change your order in the Profile Store, you must cancel the existing order and create a new one. This change in process leads to better order efficiency.

How do I add items from the other Group brands to my cart in the Atlas Copco Group shop?
Answer:
Items from Atlas Copco, Edwards and CP can be added by selecting the specific company in the main menu - Example: Select "Atlas Copco Shop", in the drop down select "All Atlas Copco items". From there you will access the Atlas Copco branded items and can add them to your shopping cart. Same work flow can be used for Edwards and CP.

Printed materials are not available in the Profile Store. They can be ordered in The Village.

What’s different about ordering an OnDemand-item?
Answer:
OnDemand items are finished upon reception of your order. They are not kept in stock like regular assortment items. As a result, the delivery time for OnDemand items is longer than for other items, and adds about a week to regular delivery times. When you purchase regular items and OnDemand items in the same order, the delivery time adjusts to accommodate the OnDemand-items. What are the payment terms?
Answer:
Invoice 60 days net for all Atlas Copco Group employees buying products for B2B purposes. Distributors and Customers (companies, not private consumers) pay with credit card. Due to VAT reasons, Creon Promotion cannot accept orders from private customers.
